The ‘Sapienza’ University of Rome is proud to host, for the first time in Italy, the Biennal International Roman Archaeology Conference and the Theoretical Roman Archaeology Conference in collaboration with the Roman Society, scheduled from Wednesday 16 to Saturday 19 March 2016.
The Roman Archaeology Conference is the premier Roman archeological conference, originally based in the UK, but now alternately held in the UK and abroad. In 2014 it was hosted by the University of Reading, UK. Our aim is to bring together interested parties from all sectors to present and discuss the latest archaeological discoveries form the Roman world and beyond.
